Wang, Pei-yi / 王珮儀

Creative Commons Taiwan / 台灣創用CC計劃

Pei-Yi Wang is the project manager of the "Licensing Platform and Mechanism for Digital Archives Project", in the division of "The Project of Academic and Social Promotions and Applications for Digital Archives and E-learning" at TELDAP. She also provides legal counseling services for Creative Commons Taiwan. She receives LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the National Taiwan University, and is currently an apprentice attorney.

王珮儀任職於「數位典藏與學習之學術與社會應用推廣計畫」（數位典藏國家型計畫），為「授權平台與規範機制推動計畫」的專案經理。她並且對台灣創用CC計畫提供法律諮詢服務。她於國立台灣大學取得法學士及法學碩士（經濟法組）。律師高考及格。

Chang, Yi-Hong / 張藝鴻

Institute of Ethnology, Academia Sinica / 中央研究院 民族學研究所

Yi-Hong Chang is an assistant research specialists at the Institute of Ethnology, Academia Sinica. He received Bachelor and Master degrees in anthropology from the National Taiwan University.

張藝鴻任職於中央研究院民族學研究所為研究助技師。他於國立臺灣大學取得人類學學士、碩士。

Chao, Po-chiang / 趙柏強

Creative Commons Taiwan / 台灣創用CC計劃

Po-chiang (Bob) Chao works at Creative Commons Taiwan as a software engineer. He is interested in community organization with the help of information technology. With his broad knowledge and experience from various IT tools and communication processes, he has been exploring the roles of IT tools in the formation and operation processes in a new generation of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). He also works as the community liaison for Mozilla Taiwan as a volunteer.

趙柏強 (網路上暱稱為 BobChao)，目前任職於台灣創用 CC 計劃技術部，另以義工身份參與自由軟體專案 Mozilla、為正體中文社群之連繫長。個人興趣在探索資訊科技在下一代非政府組織內的角色、協助原本就較為缺乏資源之公益團體將事情做得更有效率、更富效能。

CC Licenses Introduction / 創用 CC 授權條款介紹

This presentation will give an overview of the Creative Commons Licenses, as well as the localization processes in which the Creative Commons Licenses are ported to Taiwan (for both versions 2.0 and 3.0). In addition, it will discuss legal and management issues in using the Creative Commons licenses in business, in non-profit organizations, and in the government.

我們將介紹創用CC授權條款，並說明創用CC授權條款於臺灣本地化的過程（從2.0版到3.0版的演變）。我們也將從法律面、管理面、商業面探討機關、團體、組織採用創用CC授權時，應注意的事項。

Policies for Public Licenses Adoption / 公眾授權導入策略

Public licenses such as the Creative Commons Licenses encourage the distribution, sharing, and derivation of contents; they are especially useful for organizations who wish to put their content holdings into wider dissemination. However, as copyright issues are complex, an organization also need to consider several factors before public licenses can be adopted and put into actual use. In particular, these factors often involve the organization's content release and licensing policies. We will use real-world examples to discuss organizational issues in adopting public licenses, the experience learned, and the remaining challenges.

公眾授權條款鼓勵內容的流通、分享、再創作，非常適合擁有許多內容、又希望這些內容發揮最大作用的各種單位。然而著作權問題牽涉的層面相當廣泛，所以在組織中導入公眾授權條款時，有許多需要考量的地方。單位對於所掌有的內容及出版的著作，於釋出供大眾使用時，組織內部的共識形成與規範建立，尤其重要。我們將以實例說明，組織導入公眾授權應有的規劃、內容釋出策略、以及相關的經驗與挑戰。

CC Technology Projects Overview / 創用 CC 技術專案概覽

In this section, Bob will introduce the technical part of Creative Commons: The ways to mark your works, some software projects which CC licenses have been integrated into, and an overview of the new stuffs that are coming in 2009.

創用 CC 是橫跨法律、文化及科技的活動，就科技層面也發展了各式促進著作流通的技術。在「創用 CC 技術專案概覽」中，柏強將簡介各式與創用 CC 相關的標示、搜尋、程式整合專案，並簡述 Creative Commons 在 2009 年的技術面展望。

Integrating Your Business with CC / 創用 CC 平台與商業整合

You can integrate your business with CC licenses! Bob will show you some of the best CC license-integrated showcases around the world. If you run UGC (User-Generated Content) sites, you can easily help your users in selecting CC licenses to go with their works with the LicenseChooser.js Javascript library. Bob will also discuss new protocols from CC — such as CC Plus, a protocol that helps people contact the author of a CC-licensed work, and to ask for permissions beyond what have been granted in the CC license.
