A housewarming party was held on Sep. 16, here in Seoul, Korea
It took 4 years for CC Korea to finally find a home.
The new home of CC Korea is decorated with desks and book-shelves lovingly crafted by volunteers and books donated by the community. The rustic style wall paintings express the skill and creativity of volunteers.
There were several short speeches to celebrate the occasion. But the highlight of the event was probably the dedication ceremony which was done in the traditional fashion. Jay Yoon, the project lead of CCK, did the ceremonial act of sticking bank notes in a pig's mouth (Don't worry! A toy pig was used instead of a real pig's head which is used in a traditional dedication ceremony) to wish well and to pray for CCK's prosperity.
I hope to see you all in the new home of CCK very soon.
